Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale and must be read together with them and with our Shipping Policy.

1. Right of withdrawal (14-day trial)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the day you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the product to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@antared.care before the 14-day period expires, quoting your order number. You do not need to state a reason.

2. Condition of returned products

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, cables, and documentation, and in a condition allowing it to be resold as new. You may have handled and inspected the product as you would in a shop, but any use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics may reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at contact@antared.care to obtain the return address before sending the product back.

4. Refund method and timing

We will reimburse the full price paid for the returned product (excluding original delivery charges beyond the standard delivery rate, where applicable) within fourteen (14) days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

5. Hardware warranty (1 year)

In addition to your statutory rights described in Section 6 below, we provide a commercial warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

This warranty does not cover: damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by accident, liquid exposure beyond the product's rated protection, or use with third-party accessories not supplied or approved by us.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@antared.care with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs or video where relevant. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected product.

6. Your statutory legal guarantee

Independently of the commercial warranty described in Section 5, and at no additional cost, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for a period of two (2) years from delivery, and from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These statutory guarantees apply regardless of, and are not reduced or replaced by, the commercial warranty period stated above. Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you may choose between repair and replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L217-9 of the French Consumer Code.
