Antared Pro — venues

Ten minutes in a break room, with nobody there to explain.

In a workplace the user has had no training, will not read a manual, and has a short slot between two meetings. Simplicity of use therefore beats the number of settings, and the question of who owns it internally comes before the question of which model.

For a company installing shared break-room equipment, with no dedicated staff to supervise it.

The space

What this space demands of the hardware.

This segment is decided by adoption, not by the spec sheet: shared equipment nobody owns ends up in a cupboard before the quarter is out.

No trained users

One button, one timer, one posted instruction. Every extra setting is one more reason not to use it.

A shared room

The device lives in a common space, so it is visible and handled by everyone. It has to be stowed, cleaned, and moved without harm.

A short slot

Ten minutes between two meetings. Anything requiring full undressing or booking a room will not be used.

It needs an internal owner

Someone who answers questions and puts the device back. Without that role, the equipment disappears without anyone deciding to remove it.

The setup

A seated spot, one instruction, one owner.

The desk format sits on a low table or a worktop, angled to one side rather than facing the user: the light reaches skin without sitting in the field of view. Ten minutes is enough, and the useful distance is that of a screen — roughly 40 to 50 cm.

A seated spot, not a room

An armchair in the break room is enough. A dedicated room adds a booking, and therefore an obstacle.

Angled, never facing

The device is not made to be looked at. A sideways orientation settles that without an extra instruction.

A three-line instruction

Duration, distance, bare skin. Posted in French and English, next to the device.

A name on the equipment

The person who answers questions. That is what decides real usage three months in.

Visual

A three-quarter view: a lit DESK panel angled beside an armchair, the bare forearms of a seated person, the break room behind.

What we supply

The hardware, and what you need to talk about it correctly.

These documents are not a pitch: they are the same figures published on the site, in the same form, so that nothing diverges between what we write and what you will write.

Irradiance measurements, with their distance

A mW/cm² figure without a measurement distance means nothing. Ours are published as mW/cm² at X cm.

The spectrum, channel by channel

Which wavelengths on which device, and which of them are controlled separately.

Wall copy and internal communications

The text to post beside the device and the text to send your teams, in French and English, with no promise we could not keep.

Framing

What you may not write in an internal communication.

This block is not stylistic caution. A professional installing our devices is the one who will speak to the people using them: handing over the hardware without the boundary would move the claim, not avoid it.

This is not occupational health

Wellness products, without medical-device CE marking. The equipment is not part of any regulated prevention scheme.

No promise about fatigue or sleep

We do not write that a session reduces fatigue, improves sleep, or sharpens focus. What can be described is the usage.

No individual tracking

Break-room equipment collects nothing and attaches to no record. Individual usage is neither measured nor requested.

No study has been run on our devices

Published work covers wavelengths and doses, never Antared hardware.

Talk to someone

What we need in order to answer usefully.

Five lines are enough for a first precise answer, with figures wherever we have them. We reply in French and in English.

Tell us

  • How many people on site, and how many sites are involved.
  • The room: shared break area, quiet space, or bookable room.
  • How long a slot your teams can realistically take.
  • Who will own the equipment internally.
  • Your timeline, and the budget frame it belongs to.

Visual

An empty break room, device off on its table, the instruction sign beside it: the installation as it looks in the morning.
