Home By Goal

By Goal

Start from the moment in your day, not from the spec sheet.

Five ways into the range, sorted by area of the body and by moment of use. They do not describe a guaranteed outcome: they describe the routine each device is built around, and what you need to be able to keep up for it to be worth anything.

Choosing

Three questions are enough.

Which area?

One precise area calls for a targeted format: mask, knee wrap, boot, cap. Several areas, or one large area, call for a panel.

Which moment?

Evening in front of a screen, after the gym, or during a working morning. That moment decides the format, not the other way round.

How regular?

A device used three times a week for six months beats a more powerful one used for a fortnight. The protocols spell out the durations.

A goal is not a medical indication

  • Antared devices are wellness products, without CE medical-device marking. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
  • The five goals above describe areas and moments of use. They promise no individual outcome.
  • What the scientific literature does — and does not — say is set out on the Science page, and our writing rules on Our values.
