Six moments, one method

A protocol is four numbers and one habit.

A useful protocol comes down to four parameters: when, how long, at what distance, how often. Everything else is commentary. The six pages below give those four numbers for six moments of the week, each with what the session does not do — because usage guidance without its limits is not guidance, it is a promise.

Start with the moment that already exists in your week. That is the one you will keep.

The six protocols

01

Before training

Ten minutes on the groups the session will load, right before you start.

02

After training

Within the hour, on what just worked. The easiest one to keep.

03

Daily recovery

A fixed slot, independent of any workout. The one that survives the months.

04

Skin routine

On clean bare skin, judged at sixteen weeks and not seven days.

05

Full-body session

Ten minutes facing, ten with your back. Nothing left to decide.

A protocol is simply a repeatable plan: which device, which wavelengths, how long, and when. Below are six starting points built around real Antared devices and specs — not rigid rules. Adjust duration and frequency to your own comfort and routine.

  • Pre-Workout — a short activation session before training
  • Post-Workout — targeted recovery for the muscles and joints that worked hardest
  • Daily Recovery — a repeatable ritual for ongoing comfort
  • Skin Routine — a short, consistent face and skin session
  • Full Body Routine — a complete session combining light, heat, and PEMF
  • Workday Routine — light therapy woven into working hours

Consistency matters more than intensity. A short session repeated often outperforms an occasional long one.
